Associate Product Manager, Recent Grad
Duolingo is on a mission to develop the best education in the world and make it universally available. The Associate Product Manager will lead a specific feature of the app through the product development cycle, conduct research, analyze market trends, and collaborate with designers and engineers to optimize user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead a specific feature of the app, seeing it through the entire product development cycle, from idea to launch
- Conduct research, analyze market trends and data, and develop a product roadmap for a key component of Duolingo’s business
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure an excellent user experience
- Work with engineers to help guide feature development
- Perform quantitative analysis on features’ performance and find opportunities for optimization
Skills
- Graduated between Spring 2024 - December 2025 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or related field (e.g., Computer Science, HCI, Data Science, Business)
- Previous internship experience in product management or a related field
- Ability to start by March 2026
- Demonstrated ability to be inventive and innovative
- An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences
- Ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Shown ability to learn fast
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- A desire to make the world a better place through technology and education
- An undergraduate GPA of 3.5+
- A Duolingo streak
- Full-time Product Management experience
