Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging learning sessions that develop participants' skills, both in-person and online
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment for all
- Keep track of participant progress and performance, offering feedback to encourage growth
- Administer all training logistics, from class preparation to tracking evaluations
- Follow structured guides to lead discussions and activities that enhance learning
- Pursue opportunities for personal growth in facilitation and classroom management
- Coach learners on specific skills to help them succeed in their roles
Skills
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of training and/or work experience
- 1+ year(s) of training delivery experience and 3+ years in the functional area or a related business unit
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Communicate clearly with all levels of management and team members
- Think critically and analyze effectively
- Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Engage with the public professionally
- Feel comfortable presenting to groups both online and in person
