Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our research and development initiatives. You'll be responsible for completing a variety of tasks, including data entry, micro tasks, online focus groups, product testing, research trials, and more. This is a unique opportunity to work from home, part-time, and earn extra cash while having the flexibility to work on your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete data entry tasks, including online surveys, product testing, and research trials

• Participate in online focus groups and provide feedback on various products and services
• Conduct product testing and provide detailed feedback on usability, functionality, and overall experience
• Complete micro tasks, including data entry, content moderation, and transcription services
• Participate in research trials and provide feedback on various products and services
• Utilize Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and track progress
• Meet productivity and quality standards, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute

Essential Qualifications

* Education varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

• Current USA resident
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus, as more opportunities are available)
• Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel helpful as a tool to keep yourself organized, but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support

• Experience with data entry, content moderation, and transcription services
• Familiarity with online survey tools and research methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills and Competencies

* Strong typing skills, including a minimum of 25 words per minute

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
