Key Responsibilities

Managing financial data in accordance with the company's data management policy, ensuring the appropriate interview format and process for data asset management, metadata management, data quality, and problem resolution. Create dashboards, analysis reports, and data visualization packages for all relevant processes. Conduct root cause analysis of data quality issues and help improve management's analysis and response. Support strategic improvements to the data monitoring process and make necessary improvements to data quality and analysis tools. Continue to support our current regulatory reporting needs through existing platforms in collaboration with our data providers, local business partners, and technology.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2-3 years of experience in finance and management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various groups, including business process owners, technology, and company data management. Motivated and hard-working, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to gather business needs and use them to guide the implementation of technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in implementing data management and quality programs. Familiarity with Agile or SAFE workflows.
