The Role

As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' experience by:

  • Warmly welcoming clients and identifying their needs with empathy and understanding
  • Collecting necessary billing information accurately and efficiently
  • Assisting with third-party connections when required, ensuring seamless communication
  • Seamlessly connecting clients with interpreters for their conference calls, facilitating effective communication

Note that this position involves no sales activities, allowing you to focus on delivering exemplary service without the pressure of upselling or navigating challenging client disputes. Our focus is on business-to-business accounts, ensuring you'll handle a variety of client interactions with professionalism and poise.

Remote Work Details

* Positions are open to candidates in the Greater Knoxville, TN area

  • Comprehensive paid training provided (8 hours/day for two weeks)
  • Commitment to a chosen shift is required during the 90-day probationary period

Compensation & Benefits

* $14/hour

Requirements

* At least one year of customer service experience and a stable work history

  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • Capable of managing a high volume of inbound calls with precision in a fast-paced environment
  • Must provide proof of internet speed (minimum 60 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)

Desirable Qualifications

* College education

  • More than one year of call center experience

Additional Information

* A criminal background check is required for all candidates

  • If hired, completion of the US Immigration Customs and Enforcement I-9 document via a remote process is necessary
  • Full-time employees are eligible for paid benefits after 30 days of employment
