Job Overview

In this exciting role, you'll act as the primary point of contact for our members, engaging with them through telephone, email, and live messaging interactions. Your goal will be to think creatively about ways to improve and strengthen arenaflex's relationship with members, assisting them in managing their membership, and identifying opportunities to upsell arenaflex products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for members through telephone, email, and live chat interactions, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Think creatively about ways to improve and strengthen arenaflex's relationship with members, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and increase loyalty
  • Assist members in managing their arenaflex membership, including upselling arenaflex products and services, and providing guidance on how to get the most out of their membership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
  • Comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures, following protocol thoroughly and consistently

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to complete airport badging or government-screening process, and other applicable associated requirements, including a drug test
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and internal teams
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively
