A bit about the job:

Our client is expanding their Mid-Market Multi-National proposition – launched in December 2024 – and they’re looking for someone to help take it to the next level. You’ll lead the design and delivery of global insurance programmes for mid-market businesses, ensuring they meet both local and international needs. You’ll work closely with brokers, clients, and colleagues across markets to deliver tailored, compliant solutions. It’s a role that blends technical expertise with commercial drive.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience underwriting multi-national or global programmes, ideally in the mid-market space

• Strong knowledge of property and liability underwriting

• Understanding of international insurance markets and regulatory frameworks

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
