Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative on our Virtual Support Team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. With a focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for problem-solving, you'll be an integral part of our team and a key contributor to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

* Resolve customer issues and concerns through phone, email, and chat support

  • Answer customer questions and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Collaborate with peers to escalate complex issues and provide support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies
  • Work a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours
  • Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or virtual support environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic English writing skills and ability to communicate effectively through phone, email, and chat
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or virtual support environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools
  • Experience with live chat or email support
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with peers
