What You'll Do
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Specialist, you'll work in a fast-paced environment to design, develop, and deliver business intelligence solutions that drive business growth and decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence platform using various data/BI tools and technologies
- Creating ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, Windstream, and other data integration tools
- Building ad-hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making and provide automation using Tableau
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT resources, and data scientists to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Communicating technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through written, verbal, and visual means
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data science and business intelligence
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in designing and developing data pipelines using Python and/or Windstream
- Experience with designing and implementing DataMart, Data Warehouse, and database objects within relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Vertica)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and query writing
- Excellent critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience with creating dashboards and reports for C-level executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
