Job Responsibilities

As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Providing clear, concise, and accurate information to customers via phone, email, or chat
• Processing and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or ecommerce environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, including order management and inventory control systems
• Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
• Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
