Job Summary

As a Process Quality Assurance Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You'll work closely with our business and automation technology teams to identify emerging process performance trends, suggest and implement process/system improvements, and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular audits of operations teams' system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency

  • Identify emerging process performance trends and suggest process/system improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with business and automation technology teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence
  • Maintain quality metrics of assigned processes and track progress towards goals
  • Develop and implement process improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements
  • Communicate process improvements and changes to stakeholders and team members

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations management, quality assurance)

  • 2+ years of experience in process quality assurance, operations management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in work products

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations management, quality assurance)

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
  • Certification in quality assurance or a related field (e.g., CQA, CQE)
