Position Overview

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat support. Your primary focus will be on delivering an outstanding customer experience by providing timely and accurate solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, collaborate with customers to navigate our website and online shopping processes, and document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
