Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our Contact Center Operations team as Resolution Coordinators. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from customers, stores, and partners. Your primary objective will be to provide expert-level customer support, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

As a Resolution Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from customers, stores, and partners
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing various systems and tools to support customer interactions and issue resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Providing expert-level customer support through phone, visit, and email
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Effective completion of required training and onboarding programs

Preferred Qualifications
