Key Responsibilities

* Review and analyze eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity

• Correct errors and discrepancies in eligibility records
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve data quality
• Utilize Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project, to perform data entry and analysis tasks
• Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's healthcare data systems and processes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and customer service

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare data systems and processes
