Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Cashier & Front End Services professional. As the face of our organization, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. Key Responsibilities

  • Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude, ensuring that every interaction is welcoming and friendly
  • Represent significant periods of time while checking out customers quickly and accurately, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Maintain your area clean and tidy, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Answer customer questions and assist them with their needs, providing helpful and informative responses to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Be available to help associates across the store as needed, demonstrating a team-oriented and collaborative approach to work
  • Perform additional duties as required, including truck and janitorial tasks, such as assembling carts from the parking lot, operating equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and cleaning bathrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as customer service, retail management, or communications
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and associates at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a retail or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Knowledge of sales floor operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards
  • Experience working with point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and credit transactions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and easily around the store
