Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team of data enthusiasts. As a key member of our business intelligence and analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us make data-driven decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize our business processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses
- Develop and maintain data models, including data marts, data warehouses, and data lakes
- Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, or artificial intelligence
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
