Salesforce Administrator

Description The Conservation Fund (non profit) is building out there CRM in Salesforce and is looking for a Salesforce Administrator with (4-5 years of experience) to assist with multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience building CRM's, configuration, decommissioning/building reports, communicating with end users.

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards in a Salesforce environment.
• Well-developed analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collecting user requirements and translating requirements into technical specifications or business process solutions.
• Ability to build and forge strong relationships with internal and external team members while understanding their business objectives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varied complexity utilizing cross-functional teams in multiple locations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team navigating internal resources through risks, issues, challenges, and delays with minimal escalations.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; diligent and high attention to detail in completing responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000, and the position is eligible for opportunities to earn performance-based bonus compensation. Please note: Salary range provided is an estimate and will be evaluated on an individual basis, taking into consideration the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and education.
