The Opportunity: Claims & Dispute Management | Services | HKA are seeking accomplished Construction Claims and Disputes professionals interested in joining as a Principal, which serves as a strategic pathway to future equity Partner opportunities. Principals at HKA play a critical role in driving client success, business growth, and leadership within our Construction Claims & Dispute Management practice. CRUX analysis indicates that in the Americas:

  • Average costs claimed are approximately 36% of CAPEX
  • Average time extensions reach 60%
  • Common drivers include scope changes, incomplete design, and contract interpretation

These trends highlight the increasing need for early advisory and robust claims strategies.
