This role is about making systems work seamlessly, turning data into clarity, and enabling campaigns to deliver impact - so our teams can focus on driving growth.” — Michelle Hogarth, Director of Marketing Operations This is the role and main tasks As Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth system operations, efficient campaign execution, and accurate reporting across our global marketing organisation. You will act as the operational backbone of our marketing engine—owning HubSpot and Salesforce marketing processes, managing integrations, and enabling data-driven decision-making through high-quality reporting. More specifically, you will:

  • System Administration, you will own HubSpot administration, support Salesforce campaign setup, and ensure data quality across systems and integrations.
  • Lead Management & Nurturing, you will manage lead scoring, segmentation, lifecycle workflows, and oversee forms, fields, and opt-in governance.
  • Campaign Operations, you will support global campaign and event setup, list management, tracking, and provide core campaign performance insights.
  • Data, Reporting & Insights, you will build and maintain Power BI dashboards and deliver clear reporting on campaigns, database health, and lead funnel performance.
  • Integrations & Technology, you will manage integrations, data syncs, and field mappings, ensuring accurate and consistent data across the marketing tech stack.
  • Governance & Enablement, you will maintain process documentation and workflow standards, enabling marketing teams through training and best-practice guidance.
  • Data privacy, you are familiar with data privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and will support the team to remain compliant.

This is your team You will join a highly collaborative, globally oriented Marketing Operations team that partners closely with regions and functions across the business. You’ll work alongside colleagues in Demand Generation, Digital and Campaigns, Regional Marketing, and Sales Operations to ensure our systems and data are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business goals. You will report directly to Michelle Hogarth, Director of Marketing Operations. Who we are looking for We are searching for a technically strong, detail-oriented Marketing Operations professional who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and marketing execution. You enjoy solving operational challenges, translating marketing needs into technical solutions, and enabling teams to work smarter and more efficiently. Moreover, you:

  • Bring 4-6 years of experience in Marketing Operations within global environments.
  • Have proven HubSpot Marketing Hub Admin expertise (automation, segmentation, scoring, field management).
  • Are skilled in Salesforce marketing setup and reporting(campaigns, contacts, leads, integrations).
  • Have hands-on experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
  • Understand marketing data governance and operational best practices.
  • Have experience with tools such as CVENT, Zapier, Demandbase, and NeverBounce.
  • Are analytical, structured, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a global setup.
  • Experience with Monday.com and LeanData is a plus.
