Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers with a smile and taking orders in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment that meets our high standards of quality and safety
  • Preparing and serving high-quality pizzas and other menu items within blithequark's guidelines
  • Maintaining a professional appearance at all times, adhering to our grooming standards
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggesting improvements
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives and providing guidance and support as needed

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a fun and friendly person who is comfortable talking to strangers and has a positive attitude. As a team player, you'll be punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background check.

Essential Qualifications

* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions and make recommendations
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless service delivery

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
