Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our automotive clients and their customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. You will be expected to work efficiently, meeting key performance indicator standards, and continuously strive to improve your skills and knowledge through regular training and coaching sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform efficient and elite inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Set appointments, follow-up on appointments, and provide information to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Understand and work towards achieving all key performance indicator standards, continuously striving to improve performance and efficiency
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1 on 1 sessions to be coached, monitored, and supported by blithequark to ensure continuous achievement of individualized goals
  • Attend regularly scheduled meetings with Management, Ownership, and other team members to stay informed and aligned with company objectives and initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or automotive industry environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
