Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your role will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where your skills and talents will be valued and nurtured.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, providing exceptional customer service and support

  • Resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where your skills and talents will be valued and nurtured
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Must be located in the State of Idaho

  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL, or Fiber (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
  • A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take in-coming calls
  • Prior blithequark employees must have 6 months of experience with blithequark

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
