Key Responsibilities

• * Create, schedule, and publish original, high-quality content including images, videos, stories, and posts.
• * Manage day-to-day interactions and respond to comments, messages, and community feedback.
• * Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
• * Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
• * Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, best practices, and competitor activities.
• * Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (optional based on experience).
• * Organize virtual content calendars and campaign timelines for key initiatives and launches.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms in a professional setting.
• * Strong content creation abilities (copywriting, graphic design basics, short-form video editing).
• * Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
• * Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and branding.
• * Familiarity with hashtags, trends, reels, and viral content creation techniques.
• Experience
• * Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation.
• * Experience in managing influencer partnerships, online communities, or brand ambassador programs is a plus.
• * Background in working for start-bolthires, remote companies, or digital-first organizations is preferred.
• Working Hours
