No healthcare or dialysis experience? We provide training! How You’ll Make an Impact
- Handle blood and needles
- Assist patients to their chair and throughout the clinic as needed
- Take vital signs: weight, blood pressure, heart rate
- Program dialysis machines (basic computer skills needed)
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses, Facility Administrators and other PCAs
- Carry supplies (20lbs to 40lbs)
- Create a community first and company second (it’s what we do)

- You are least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US
- You have your high school diploma or equivalent
- You will provide proof of COVID vaccination or exemption
- Waking up before the sun is easy for you and your schedule is flexible
Schedule
- Shifts start around 4am and can last between 12 to 15 hours
- You will work 3 to 4 days a week and have 3 to 4 days off!
- You may work Saturdays and holidays, but clinics are typically closed on Sundays
