You must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, flexibility, and an overall knack for collaborating with multiple stake holders to get things done.If selected, you will join a motivated and highly talented team working to deliver revenue management software solutions for cities and counties. You will work to understand the needs of multiple operating groups within HdL and local government agencies and will then craft and implement a project plan which encompasses system configuration, report development, data conversion, training, resource management, occasionally custom integrations, and user acceptance testing. You will work closely with internal and external customers for the duration of the project to ensure successful delivery of the software environment while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will also collaborate with our sales and technology teams to improve our software and services; recommending enhancements, verifying new functionality, and anticipating customer needs.The position works from home in the Southern California area. Travel may be occasionally required depending on the project but is typically infrequent.Primary Responsibilities Implement solutions to typical clients, following company guidelines, and in accordance with client expectations. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timeliness. Remain engaged with client throughout implementation, until client is successfully running on HdL solution Interact/collaborate with internal business partners (i.e. Sales, Client Services, IT and Development) to ensure a successful implementation. Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive solution. Discern the need for and develop customized solutions. Define detail project implementation plans and report key implementation progress metrics. Serve as the contact for daily client interaction and implementation activities. Coach and prepare clients for successful rollouts of HdL solutions. Prioritize and escalate issues when needed, and keep clients informed of progress. Work with third-party vendors when issues involve multiple systems. Assist with data conversions. Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes. Partner with clients to learn their business and related needs. Exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred. 1 to 3 years of experience working in a client service environment or systems integration environment. CompensationThe starting base salary for this remote position is expected to be between $50,000 to $80,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.Benefits
