Our team cares about doing things well, and about the developer experience on the team. We host in-house training on all sorts of topics, from React all the way through to Kubernetes. Fullscript is a place where you’ll be encouraged to learn, mentor, and grow.Fullscript is written with Ruby on Rails, and our Ruby Developers build and maintain our internal GraphQL API. They work directly with our front-end engineers to build out functionality on the Fullscript platform. If you share our values, we’d be excited to talk with you!What you'll do Lead solution design for key initiatives related to product discovery and catalog search, ensuring performance, scalability, and long-term maintainabilityPartner with Frontend Engineers to architect scalable backend systems that support high-throughput experiences across the Fullscript platformWork closely with Search Algorithm teams to deliver a robust and seamless backend infrastructure that powers intelligent and reliable search functionalityDrive continuous technical improvements by establishing and upholding engineering quality standardsProvide thoughtful code reviews and mentor team members to elevate technical excellence across the teamWhat you bring to the tableYou are a passionate software engineer that cares about your craft.
