Job Title: HR Technology Implementation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Implementation Specialist to oversee the integration and customization of HRIS, ATS, and compensation data into our platform. This role involves coordinating with technical teams to ensure secure and accurate data integration, customizing platform features to meet client-specific needs, and delivering training sessions to client teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the ingestion and mapping of HRIS, ATS, and compensation data into ChartHop.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure secure and accurate data integration.
  • Customize platform features to meet client-specific use cases, such as org charts and headcount planning.
  • Facilitate regular status updates, risk assessments, and milestone reviews with clients and internal teams.
  • Manage change requests and scope adjustments with transparency and efficiency.
  • Deliver training sessions and documentation to ensure client teams are confident using ChartHop.

Essential Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR tech implementations.
  • Experience with ChartHop.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with tools for project tracking.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Proficiency in planning and organizational skills.
  • Experience in compensation analysis and transformations.
  • Background in HRIS and performance management.

Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, with a preference for candidates local to NYC for potential conversion to full-time employment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.
