About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Incentive Planning Senior Analyst to develop and implement Toyota Division's new vehicle incentive strategy. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage analytics to drive the creation of effective incentive programs, ensuring the achievement of new vehicle sales and profit objectives. This role is based in Plano, TX, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes both in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Develop monthly incentive strategies and programs for select vehicles to meet sales objectives in a cost-efficient manner. Analyze and visualize vehicle performance using data to identify opportunities and challenges. Input national incentive strategy and data into our cloud-based incentive application, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with our business partner to enhance the features of our cloud-based incentive application. Prepare and present executive presentations and incentive cost analysis to various stakeholders, including Finance, Sales, Executives, Pricing, and Field Offices. Develop and update new vehicle incentive contra budgets throughout the year for select vehicles. Manage Incentive Budget and Monthly Proposal files for SOX compliance. What You Bring To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Here are the essential qualifications: Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau. Advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work quickly and independently, with a high degree of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

Automotive experience, preferably with Toyota or a related company. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry. Familiarity with Workout, PIN Explorer, POLK, and other data sources. Experience in building presentation decks and presenting to executives.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders. Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the automotive industry and market trends. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Pricing. Proficiency in using various tools and technologies, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data visualization software.
