Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Liaison at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a superior level of customer service to all guests/staff entering or on the facility
- Supporting the goals and objectives of the facility in its efforts to provide quality patient care and patient/staff satisfaction
- Being proactive, flexible, and accommodating with the ability to follow through on guests' requests
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Resolving guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills
Essential Qualifications:
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- College level business education is preferred
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience in a retail, hotel, or spa environment with cash-handling and reconciliation experience or customer service related field required
- 2 years of professional experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent professional verbal/non-verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in product/service knowledge
- Responsive and attentive in the execution of client/vendor needs and concerns
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Representatives are efficient and able to multi-task with constant interruptions while providing excellent customer service and accurate quality work
