Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, helping our customers with their inquiries and issues by providing accurate, timely, and professional responses. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Meeting or exceeding customer service metrics and targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • College degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of Amazon products and services (although not required, it's a plus!)
