About the Role

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Medical Records Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our field care teams by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical records. You will be responsible for reviewing medical records, coding clinical data using standard classification systems, and collaborating with provider offices, health system partners, and other clinical entities to ensure seamless medical record transmission.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct data entry tasks from various sources into our database systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the entered data

  • Review and verify information to uphold confidentiality and security standards for sensitive information
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality, participating in data cleanup and validation activities as needed
  • Utilize data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite to efficiently manage and analyze data
  • Maintain strong organizational and time management skills, working independently and as part of a remote team

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry is a plus

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors
