Job Summary

As an Experienced Revenue Cycle Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting blithequark's professional behavioral health revenue cycle operations. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our electronic health record (EHR) systems, including Qualifact's CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, and Meditech's EHR system. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will enable you to identify and resolve complex data entry issues, ensuring seamless revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter data accurately and efficiently into our EHR systems, including Qualifact's CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, and Meditech's EHR system

• Review and analyze credit balances on claims with complicated scenarios and suggest claim actions to be taken
• Perform adjustments for claims with credit balances
• Review denials for timely filing and enter appropriate reasons to be submitted for writeoff approval
• Perform claim actions for claims approved for write off
• Perform claim actions specially in bulk as identified by claims specialists
• Perform claim actions on secondary claims satisfied by primary payers
• Perform Quality Assurance tasks on your own work and reporting
• Collaborate with claims specialists to resolve data entry issues and ensure accurate and timely claims processing
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes affecting revenue cycle operations

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED required

• Minimum of one year data entry experience
• Previous experience successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with a consistent track record of delivering on time, and/or high-quality results preferred
• Experience working with Google Sheets, Excel Spreadsheets, drafting emails is vital
• Experience working with CareLogic EHR is essential
• Experience working remotely and communicating through email and Google Chat is important
• Experience with Massachusetts Medicaid products is important

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration)

• Experience working in the behavioral health industry
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, ICD-10)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
