Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk / Online Chat Assistant to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining coverage to support business procedures and data-driven decision making
- Creating and implementing data visualizations using Power BI and Excel
- Ensuring data integrity and accessibility through the development of robust data quality specifications and management
- Collaborating with Monitoring and Business Analysts to understand business needs and obtain business sign-offs for all reporting requirements
- Partnering with IT and business stakeholders to discover, analyze, and obtain new data variables (data mining)
- Evaluating large datasets to identify relevant patterns and provide actionable insights
- Validating data for formality and resolving discrepancies
- Researching and remediating data errors
- Participating in the Data Governance program by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods
- Examining and validating metrics to ensure effectiveness and providing recommendations to team leaders
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain coverage to support business procedures and data-driven decision making

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience performing comprehensive data analysis
- Strong experience working with Power BI, including:
+ Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports + Creating and implementing data visualizations + Using DAX, SQL, and M Code
- Experience working with ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations
- Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures
- Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write complex SQL queries to create files and analytics
- Experience with Smartsheets and SSMS (SQL Server Administration Center)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with statistical evaluation and problem-solving with large data sets
- Strong effort in the progression and timely completion of projects and deadlines
- Experience working with other data visualization tools and technologies
