What You'll Do

Your mission is to provide outstanding support to these companies, helping them connect with their audience. Here are some key responsibilities you'll undertake:

  • Manage social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube, on behalf of our startup clients
  • Provide outstanding support to customers, answering live chat messages on businesses' websites or social media accounts
  • Engage with customers, answer their queries, share sales links, and even provide discounts, all from the comfort of your own space
  • Utilize tools like Facebook Messenger to communicate with customers
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

No Face-to-Face Interaction

Worried about face-to-face meetings? Don't be! This role is all about online communication. You'll exclusively chat with customers using tools like Facebook Messenger. Your primary responsibility is to answer live chat messages on businesses' websites or social media accounts.
