Job Description

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into various databases and systems. You will work closely with our team to streamline data entry processes, generate reports and summaries, and ensure data security and confidentiality. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter and update data into various blithequark databases and systems

  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Process customer information and orders efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes
  • Generate reports and summaries based on data input
  • Adhere to blithequark's data security and confidentiality policies

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)

  • Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment

Restrictions:

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week for part-time positions
