Job Summary

As an Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. In addition, you will be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, perform data entry tasks, and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, transactions, and interactions
  • Perform data entry tasks, including entering customer information, transactions, and other relevant data into our systems
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and productivity

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
