Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to American Express Card Members visiting the Centurion Lounge at IAH Airport

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and spirit of blithequark
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless and personalized experiences
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide informed recommendations
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on client satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using technology, including web-based platforms and software
