We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Professional to join our team at blithequark. As the initial point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in building long-lasting relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, telephone, in-person, and at customers' places of business
  • Preparing estimates, implementing work orders, and ensuring timely delivery of finished orders
  • Participating in daily team meetings, executing business and marketing plans, and contributing to the success of our blithequark Center
  • Building long-lasting relationships with customers by turning prospects into loyal clients
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed advice and consultation to customers
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more) and view a computer screen for extended periods (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet high volume, high-quality work standards

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
  • Experience in the sign industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, services, and technologies
