Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Warranty Support, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the go-to expert for all things warranty-related, helping customers understand their coverage, resolve issues, and navigate the claims process. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for customer service will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions related to warranty coverage

  • Educate customers on their warranty benefits, coverage, and claims process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed support
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role with conflict resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex customer interactions
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of warranty products and services
