Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to clients of our esteemed client in the streaming media and entertainment industry
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming technology and mobile devices
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and industry trends

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to type 35+ words per minute
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in technical support, retention, or with Salesforce or other help desk ticketing platforms

  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of streaming technology and mobile devices
  • Experience working in a remote environment or with a flexible schedule
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
