The Role
As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate and timely information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
- Finding creative solutions to each customer's unique challenges, ensuring their journey runs smoothly
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date with our products and services to provide informed support
Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Danish and a good command of English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
