Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workforce Activities Execution and Optimization team. As a Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and improvement

  • Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and implement process enhancements to drive business results
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Provide regular reports to senior leaders and stakeholders on business performance and areas for improvement
  • Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and stakeholders on business performance and areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain knowledge and skills through self-improvement, team learning, and client (internal) information
  • Travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time) to meet with stakeholders and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job

  • 3 years of work experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience driving high-performing teams
  • Counseling and project management experience
  • Solid quantitative skills, including data analysis and interpretation
  • Critical thinking and strategic decision-making skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Store experience and/or ASDS experience

  • Experience working in a retail or field environment
  • Strong knowledge of business operations and process improvement
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
  • Certification in data analysis or business analytics

Work Environment

* Work is typically performed in an indoor, comfortable setting

  • May require occasional travel (less than 10% of the time) to meet with stakeholders and drive business growth
  • May require occasional lifting or moving of light objects
