About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our team. As an IAM Developer, you will be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our protection and governance posture. You will work with world-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. Your expertise will play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ
• Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment
• SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge
• Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
• Strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding

• Strong exposure to general identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
• Strong experience with trade deployment/release management experience
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.

Minimal Qualifications

The following are the required minimal qualifications for this role:

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related area
• Option 2: 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field
• Additional years of experience in IAM development and implementation
• Certifications in SailPoint, IAM, or related areas
