Job Summary

As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an effortless experience to our existing policyholders, third parties, and agents regarding insurance questions, inquiries, or concerns. You will work with customers by handling a variety of inbound telephone calls regarding their policies, promoting digital self-service capabilities, and taking ownership to ensure that we go above and beyond to service each caller's needs. Your success is important to us, and you will receive ongoing coaching and development to support you as you build your career at blithequark.

Responsibilities

* Promote digital self-service capabilities to enhance the customer experience

  • Take ownership to ensure that we go above and beyond to service each caller's needs, utilizing every touch point as an opportunity to build value and the blithequark brand
  • Assist customers over the phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their insurance-related inquiries
  • Learn and understand insurance products and processes in the training environment
  • Commit to the training and work schedule, including a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

* A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Spanish bilingual a plus

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Relationship Specialist at blithequark, you will receive a competitive salary, with a base pay range of $40,685 - $61,027 per year. You will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:
