Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Ads Data Solutions Research team at blithequark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing data models that drive business growth and revenue. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

* Design, build, and enhance data models that drive business growth and revenue

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Drive experimentation to test the impact of data-driven solutions on business outcomes
• Develop and maintain complex data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize data-driven opportunities
• Develop and maintain data architecture and infrastructure to support data-driven solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our data solutions remain cutting-edge

Key Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Econometrics, Statistics)

• 7+ years of experience designing, building, and comparing realistic systems getting to know solutions
• 7+ years of experience with statistical programming languages (e.g. Python, Spark, PySpark) and database languages (e.g. SQL)
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of data modeling and statistical analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Nice-to-Haves

* Doctorate's degree in a quantitative discipline

• Strong knowledge of Python and libraries such as sci-kit-learn, SciPy
• Familiarity with Bayesian modeling and probabilistic programming applications such as PyMC
• Familiarity with data structures and programs such as Databricks, Jupyter, Snowflake, Airflow, Github
• Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker
• Demonstrated experience in designing and reading A/B testing and other test types
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams and managing projects
