As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key contributor to our team, working collaboratively to field customer inquiries and find innovative solutions to complex problems.
Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve questions, issues, and concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Upselling when required
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional results in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you'll need:
- A reliable internet connection with the following specifications:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps + No packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required
