- Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Managing and documenting customer interactions accurately in our company CRM system.

- Demonstrating empathy and understanding to build positive relationships with customers.

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
- Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher
