Key Responsibilities

The Online Chat Specialist will report to the Online Chat Manager and will be responsible for a variety of customer support-related duties for blithequark and our clients. The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Engaging in online conversations with site visitors and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer support in real-time through the use of online chat software
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in client products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team
  • Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed

Essential Qualifications

  • PC keyboarding and internet experience
