Key Responsibilities:

As a live chat customer support agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Addressing incoming queries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media platforms
  • Fielding support questions from existing customers and sales-related inquiries from prospective customers
  • Providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in digital communication

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or business) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles and tone
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in social media platforms, live chat software, and basic computer applications
  • Ability to maintain a stable internet connection and access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functionalities (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on digital communication and live chat support

  • Familiarity with CRM software, helpdesk tools, and other customer support platforms
