About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team, covering the Canadian and US Pacific/Mountain time zones (PST/MST time zones). As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with an effective, easy, and enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for serving all types of users and customers, from new users to long-term customers and potential B2B large teams, and relaying their needs to our product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a first-class support experience by email and phone to customers' technical, general, and team product queries
  • Troubleshoot customers' questions and drive the investigation to get the customer matter resolved
  • Provide video demos and video onboarding to our larger B2B customers
  • Collaborate with our Product teams and communicate with them via bug reporting and forwarding customer input (requests, feedback, UX improvements, etc.)
  • Learn the blithequark product deeply and support our customers in making the most of everything we offer

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 12-24 months of proven work experience in customer support
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written), with other languages being a welcome bonus
  • Experience working 100% remotely and being self-motivated
  • Basic understanding and experience in software troubleshooting, including investigating app problems and navigating multiple systems
  • Familiarity with remote communication tools like Slack

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with customer support software and ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of SaaS products and cloud-based applications
  • Basic programming skills or experience with coding languages
  • Certifications in customer support or related fields
